Cancellation Policy
Time Frame for Cancellation
Customers can cancel their bookings up to 90 days before the scheduled service date without any penalty.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days following the cancellation, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
Late Cancellations
If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the appointment day, the full amount of the booking may be charged.
Rescheduling
Customers have the option to reschedule their booking once, up to 30 days before the appointment, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the booked time without prior notification will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
